Hi Enes!
I have been studying the mansions, ranches and orchards throughout the world but especially in the United States.
Hundreds of them already. For more than three years already.
Thanks to YouTube and the drone-videod sceneries... they make the full beauty of these incredible places and properties to manifest.
I worked as a system analyst and corporate strategist for a group of companies before and after my early resignation, I went full time as an economic planner.
Now, here are the few salient points I want to mention so we can better cope the future or even create the future we want, e.g., sustain and maintain these beautiful properties, instead of losing them to the foreboding dangers that are lurking like hungry hyenas.
Point # 1 - Even though cows are mostly grass-fed, the chemical-based processing have turned the cow (meat and milk and dairy) dangerous in at least two major groups of killer illnesses, namely: cardio-vascular diseases (CVDs) which is killer no. 1 claiming over 600,000 lives a year in the US alone, and the cancer group (over 100 types) which is the 2nd killer disease in the US with over 500,000 deaths a year. These diseases constitute risk-threat # 1 that can wipe out the cow and the ranch.
Point # 2 - Feedlot cows are increasing. This is risk-threat # 2. Whatever bad name this type of cow will make, can affect the grass-fed cow, if no distinction can be made.
Point # 3 - CVDs and cancers are due to the chemical feeds and chemical processing of the meat and milk; Chemical processing is risk-threat # 3.
Point # 4 - The healthy and wholesome effects of the organic operation of the ranches have been rendered totally naught and useless because of the chemical processing;
Point # 5 - With at least one member in the family in wheelchair due to CVDs and one killed by cancer... the Americans, against their will, are forced to either partially or totally shun the cow!
Point # 6 - This is causing the bankruptcy of formerly very profitable ranches.
Point # 7 - Not many ranches have thought of or actually shifted to solar power; hence, the maintenance cost of the facilities is still very high and can cause bankruptcy if the cow will no longer be saleable! Synonym: Ranch for sale!
Point # 8 - The death nail will be hammered down on the cow industry and the knock-out punch will be this: when their plan to replace living cows with synthetic, plant-based 'beef' or 'meatless'' meat will become reality and can be produced by only one or two mega-companies. View this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mec1pB8Icoc . This is killer risk-threat # 4!
Point # 9 - Of all those hundreds of beautiful and huge ranches I had viewed and downloaded, I had seen no one with an orchard integrated in the system;
Point # 10 - Of all the orchards I had also viewed and taken a look, there was almost no cow!
Point # 11 - To save the ranches, fruitrees must be inserted, at 20 to 25 or can be 40 meters apart if the area is very wide and large. From ranch to ranchard (ranch + orchard). The fruitrees will save the ranch when the cow falls.
Point # 12 - Amazingly, and quite coincidentally, this is the first ranch that I have found to have an orchard... to be a ranchard!
Let therefore, this ranch be the model of the future version, namely: the ranchard.
Point # 13 - Let the ranchard defeat the synthetic beef and feed-lot cow;
Point # 14 - Let us spearhead the return to and the restoration of the lost Paradise and Canaan. In Genesis 1 and 2, there are enough hints that the Paradise was not only a garden (Eden) but also a ranchard (ranch and orchard). There was grass, animals and fruits. Canaan was well-known as a land flowing with milk (hence, livestock) and honey (hence, flowers... fruitrees)!
Point # 15 - Paradise and Canaan were both ranchard and a garden like Eden.
Point # 16 - Let us work together, especially with the help of world best permaculturists, to make every place on earth a beautiful ranchard aka Paradise, new Canaans and,
Point # 17 - Lastly but most importantly, as a beautiful garden of flowers and landscape like Eden.
God bless!
Recommended book for this: “The Great Gospel according to Jesus Christ thru John,” 7,500 pages, in 25 volumes. In this big book, beautiful ranchards are described and discussed as well as the beauty that is inner.
In this book, the Lord Jesus Christ converted at least 3 poor villages, one is a desert, into super-beautiful ranchards!
And throughout, the Lord also focused on the inner beauty of the soul and spirit to ensure that the outer beauty of the body and home can be preserved... for it was the loss of the inner beauty from the hearts and souls of the Israelites that led to the loss of Canaan! According to God, in Deuteronomy 28, the loss of the inner beauty means: “You forgot me in your prosperity” and so you turned very ugly: lustful, greedy, proud.
Let’s use the Law of Attraction to restore what we had lost!

About El Rancho Tajiguas:
"The historical El Rancho Tajiguas is quite possibly the rarest offering on the largely undeveloped natural masterpiece that is the Gaviota Coast. Where new development is heavily regulated, this unparalleled ranch represents not only two of the finest estates found anywhere around the globe, but is set in what many call the the Crown Jewel of Southern California. El Rancho Tajiguas is the perfect marriage of utmost luxury and natural beauty, with its two ocean facing estates, surrounded by complete serenity on approximately 3,500 acres of ranch land, including active cattle rangeland, and hundreds of acres of avocado and persimmon orchards active cattle grazing rangeland and largely untouched natural open spaces. Its history can be traced back to the of King of Spain, Carlos III. The sheer awe inspiring scale of this land coupled with its unmatched views and privacy, place Villa Della Costa and Villa Del Mare as the new benchmark at the forefront of luxury estates along California's idealistic Pacific Coast.
The Ranch encompasses approximately 1,100 acres of rangeland which supports a year round cow-calf operation of approximately 200 animals, while the upland areas of the Ranch are home to a myriad of native plant and animal species.. The agricultural orchard operations on the Ranch are dispersed over approximately 585 acres of land, including avocado orchards (285 acres), persimmon orchards (12 acres), orchard access roads, water storage reservoirs, fertilization and injection facilities, crop storage and loading areas, barns, and maintenance shops. Irrigated orchard coverage for purposes of calculating resource demand and productivity yield is estimated to be 425 acres.
The two existing single family residences located on the ocean-facing lots were designed and constructed to meet not only the highest standards of quality but also achieved certification through the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Homes Program administered through the United States Green Building Council."
