Hello, Caloy and Zowie, maajong gabii. I have been enjoying so much... yes, the fun... I could not keep my mouth close for the laughters... I really enjoyed your videos. Thank you guys.

I am now 55 years old and have 5 children ranging from 18 to 28 years old. So I imagine Zowie as Andrea, my second daughter, they look alike.

Good work kids.

Now, I am thinking how this kind of activity can be made sustainable, even wealth-generating.

I do not know if this is already being, so I will just suggest this idea so you can consider doing this in case this is not the case.

Have someone do this for all travel vloggers like you who promote Wtourists spots:

1) That tourist resort owners would give you the following basic benefits, at least once a year but up to thrice a year: free 5-day stay, free food, free lodging; free use of facilities;

2) Some commission (say, 10%) for clients who book their resort due to your video ad;

3) You can also act as booking agency worldwide which means you can earn 50%,

more or less.

4) Incorporate some native skills to teach tourists (technology transfer) to help city people survive the fall of city systems, e.g, manufacturing, office system, (see Revelation 18).

The system will eventually get perfected to both benefit the resort owners, the advertiser vloggers/ virtual booking agents like you and of course the tourists/clients.

5) Lecture on the virtues and values, cultures, faiths, of the locals;

Phase 1 - LEARNERS, EXPERIENCERS, BOOK AUTHORS. Enjoy life to the max as you do. Aim to generate wealth by vlogging traveling. Include the idea of bookwriting your experiences and the knowledge you will have collected from the locals. But I recommend you two best books I, in my 1,000s of books read, would like to recommend to you... to make you more effective as global citizens... they are (1) Conversations with God, 3 volumes, by Neale Donald Walsch; and (2) The Great Gospel according to Jesus thru John – 25 volumes, 7,500 pages – so you will have your coming years busy in your spare time reading them! If you had a great time reading the Gospel according to Matthew, or Mark, or Luke or John, then, I can guarantee you will have three times the interest, the fun and the joy reading the Lord’s own version; plus: there are secrets of powerful living the you cannot find in the New Testament, such as: the Law of Attraction which is more clearly explained by our Lord than any man could explain.

By the way, when we say ‘book’ it may mean video-book. You can merge and edit your videos into videobook, like they do with music album.

Phase 3 – MORE STATIONARY LIFE IN A 5 HECTARE RANCHARD.

I am now 55 years old and had spent most of my more than half of my lifetime, from age 20 up to the present as a feelance systems analyst, business developer, corporate strategist.

One of my best achievement, with God’s guidance, is the discovery and design of the best investment and most stable and sustainable livelihood far more than what Warren Buffet or the late Peter Drucker could figure out (I am not joking, neither am I bragging). The best business and livelihood I have ever discovered or recovered is the 5 Hectare ecosystem-based Ranchard system.

To make it more concrete to you, may I direct you to the video “Welcome to my Farm Tour Part 1 & 2 – Beauti Firma – of Bea Alonzo.” Bea is a Filipino actress, whose father is a British, so she is like you. Zowie, a mestiza.

Her farm is the best living illustration I can show you for my Ranchard system.

This is still a work in progress because I am still initiating the granting of free 5 hectare lost from the forestland which is a government land, accounting for over 53% of the total land area in the Philippines.

I am spearheading the trend for the Philipines to copy Malaysian PM Mahathir who is giving free lots to his citizens and granting (free) unlimited financing to its full development.

This system can be adopted and applied by every nation. No more national boundary, best of all, but only one division: 5 hectare per lot all over the world. We may retain the names of countries and provinces, towns and villages, for easy location but we may rename them.

But even if national boundaries will not yet be removed, we can proceed to the division of lands into 5 hectares.

But even if this will not occur yet, citizens in the Philippines and that include dual citizens like Zowie, to avail up to 24 hectares free from the government. It is provided in our law, The Commonwealth Act 141 (Land Act of the Philippines). You can avail it, even starting tomorrow. Just read first the law which contains the procedure.

There is still the need to make implementation and availment as easy as the procedure written in the law, because our DENR people and our politicians are still reluctant to implement CA 141.

I am the only one working for implementation of this old yet still very alive law.

If this law will get implemented, instead of hidden from the citizens, free land at least 5 hectare and up to 24 hectares can be availed by the citizens, even starting tomorrow.

You will end up finding how easy it would be to acquire at least 5 hectares and develop it into sustainable ranchard (ranch + orchard).

I know many things and details you still do not know or wanting to ask. The the blog “The Cow Should Not Have Been Sent to the Factory! Send the Cow Now to the Orchard!” and Bea’s video are good places to start.

So, from enjoying life as tourists, travelers and vloggers to building a more stationary life in an at least 5 hectare of ranch and orchard based on God’s ecosystem.

Canaan was a land flowing with milk (ranch) and honey (orchard). So was Paradise. Read Genesis 1 and you will find clues about Paradise being a ranchard... clues like grass, fruits, animals, etc. This will become clearer in my articles and videos.

Beside its capacity to keep generating wealth for you, even if you are retired or even suffering some form of inability or disability, Ranchard is the type of livelihood which can and will provide you the best atmosphere to pursue and develop your talents and personality.

So get ready to get astonished.

P.S. I am not yet revealing this idea to foreigners who are now citizens in the Philippines, although I have friends and relatives, until I have refined the idea and prepared the way to make it easier for all of you.

I am even considering to run for Senate if it will help for me to make complimentary laws or reform the existing land laws for the better.

I am also coordinationg and trying to persuade some politicians to carry this idea for the welfare of the people especially in this covid era where we are being forced to acknowledge that farm-based livelihoods are the safest.

Part of the work converting wild forest or wilderness into food forest or ranchard is to make it tame and safe. Safe from rebels, and from wild animals. Safe for our elderly, women and children. Safe for our flowers, chicken, cows, fruitrees, etc.

One approach is collective “siege” from the outside to the inner. That is, we start from the boundary or edge of our civilization going into the outermost of the forest then towards the innermost... as a group... with the government support in the form of equipment, financing, land title, etc.

One nice example is the lower forest in Jagna, Bohol, Philippines. Jagna is my base of business.

The forest is composed of 8 barangays (villages). The forest is in the shape of letter “n”. Small letter “n”.

I am residing in the poblacion close to the staight line of the “n”. The curve line of the “n” is surrounded by plain... rice fields. The bottom of the “n” is a straight coastal highway.

Caloy, if you are a Filipino citizen, then, there is no problem; you are qualified to the free land by virtue of CA 141. Another option is to buy land, if there is enough money.

If the government especially the implementing branch, the Executive Branch, led by the President, does not implement CA 141, then, the citizens will be left struggling. Here our FilAm and other FilFor (Filipino-Foreigner) citizens can help.

I want to organize all foreigners who have married Filipinos or are now Filipino citizens to contribute their expertise and financial strength, not necessarily to finance others, but to finance their own Ranchard to serve as model and inspiration for the government and the people to follow.

Remember the line in the Beatle’s song “Imagine” --

Caloy and Zowie, as you beget children, you will need to incorporate some degree of stationary living into your life. Travel may not totally stop but lessen and more permanent aspect of living takes in, and the best of all is Rancharding.
